Berenice abbot - soap bubbles (1946)
The photo to me really stands out because there isn't really a hint to what it is and you can't really see what it is. I like the texture and pattern because its what draws your eyes to the photo, also then colour of the photo seems kind of plain and boring but the photo itself is eye catching. The bubbles aren't a specific shape but they make good, simple patterns. Overall I think this image is really creative because everything about it looks different and its not something you see everyday.
László Moholy-Nagy, Photogram: Wine Glass (c. 1926)
This photo is really appealing because it is a photogram, and photograms are camera-less images made with chemicals and I find them kind of hard to make but here in. this photo it looks like the photographer done really well. Something specific I like in this photo is the composition and how the focus is in the middle of the image, and the rest of the image doesn't have a focus.
homework
this homework was to take photos of different objects but from angles you don’t usually take photos from so the photo looks vague to the viewer. I took some of these photos from loads of different angles so i could try make them look as unclear as possible. To me i think i did quite well because you can’t really tell what some of these photos actually are and once you realise it you wouldn’t think that it is what it is. I sort of like this because when you look at some of these photos you wouldn't automatically know what it is straight way.
I found this task kind of challenging as in finding different types of ideas of what to do and what approach to take. I think that my photos look unique but they could still do with some more work because the quality isn't quite good. The task has taught me to be more creative and it has made me think more because some photos are like a puzzle and you have to use your brain and figure out what the photos are. This changed my original approach because before I wouldn't think as much but now I know to always use my brain and look closely at photos. I prefer photos to be in colour because black and white is a bit plain and dull whereas colour is eye catching and more exciting, but really it depends on what type of photo it is because some certain photos wouldn't really look good in black and white but it might look really good in colour and vice versa. What I'd like to do next is take more photos but improve the quality of some of them so they look better.

Homework
I took these photos of different objects from different angles and views. At first i tried to not make the. images seem too obvious and instead give little hints as to what the photos are but i changed my mind to show half the actual object, even though some of them are clear and some of them are not.
